Here's my latest finish Heart, another LHN Threadpack. I used some fabric I had from Silkweaver and am not pleased with how the wording is too light and doesn't show very well. I'm thinking of taking it out and using a darker thread. What do you think?
I have picked up Sampler Gameboard and put some more stitches into it.
I find these little houses have a lot of work to them, but once they done are so cute.

I like the springlike colors, but the words could be darker for better reading.
With kind regards,
Barbara
Oh Irene! That is BEAUTIFUL! I love the colors :o) It's hard for me to really tell on my monitor but I can read the words.

Irene, I can read the words just fine...sometimes I think we are our own worst critics.
It's really beautiful...I just love LHN and CCN designs.
It is beautiful Irene. I can read the words just fine and think it looks perfect.
If you have doubts perhaps you can backstitch around the letters in a slightly darker shade of the same color.
I think it is absolutely beautiful just the way it is. The fabric color is gorgeous!
No I wouln't change the color at all as it blends into the background quit nice. Just one opinion though.
I love it. My monitor is horrible and I can read it well so I think in person they must show up.
Well i like it too! Looks great on my computer screen anyway! If you're really not happy with it, do it darker otherwise it'll always bug you. I think it looks great as it is though. I love LHN designs
I personally love the colors of all of it including the words. I would leave it as is if it were me. ;)
Beautiful finish, I love the fabric you stitched this on.
It is so pretty. I love the fabric that you used in this piece.
All your work is so beautiful, Irene!
I had this result with an anniversary gift photo cover... the couple's names were hardly there... i didnt un-do --that would be a lot of work :) ...but backstitched with a slightly darker metallic thread and it looked even prettier than i planned... it was blue w/ a slghtly brighter blue metallic.
Your work is excellently stitched!
yours in floss,

Looks very nice IMO; however, if you are not happy with it -- change it!
You did an awesome stitching job. I think it looks great as is. The saying is so beautiful.
