He's Back

Every year, at this time, an eagle comes to Trout Lake and sits on the same branch in the same tree and drives the crows crazy.

Is that a Robin, sure looks like one, since our weather has not been too bad the last few days they must think it's springtime.

Tiger got tired of my taking pictures of the eagle and decided to wade through the puddle. She's going to need a bath after this :)

I love eagles and hawks. Such majestic birds!

I'm SO jealous to see that you have a robin >:o( LOL!

Tiger looks like she's having fun :o)

I love seeing the eagles too. They are so amazing. One year we went out to Brakendale for the eagle count. It was fun but cold!

Looks like Tiger is having fun.

How awesome to have the eagle come there each year. Each spring for the past 10 years we have what we affectionately (sometimes!) call "Lover Boy." It's the mockingbird that is the happiest bird I've ever heard singing (in the tree right outside our bedroom window...at 6:00 AM every morning). Not so sure about this affection...LOL
